Berkeley River sunsets, the ultimate Kimberley adventure and refined indulgence await.
Only accessible by air or sea, getting to The Berkeley is half the adventure. From your ocean-view villa, floating atop the coastal dune, a whole world of little-known natural treasures unfolds before you. Stroll to secluded beaches. Cruise through majestic gorges. Heli-fish hidden gems.
Twenty luxury villas are perfectly positioned along a 65-metre-high dune to command 180-degree panoramas sweeping from Joseph Bonaparte Gulf to Reveley Island, or from the mouth of the Berkeley River to its rugged red gorges beyond.
The Main Lodge is just a short stroll from your villa. Here, you can cool off in the 20m lap pool or lounge with a book from the lodge library as well as enjoy the sprawling views of the Kimberley coastline from their Dunes restaurant.
To ensure guests enjoy the best of the Berkeley’s many extraordinary landscapes and experiences, all land and water-based activities, including scenic river and coastal cruises, bush and beach 4WD tours, guided walks and fishing tours are also included.

Scenic Air Transfer from Kununurra to The Berkeley is around one hour.
Sea Access
Access via Wyndham port. Travel is approximately 3-4 hours (depending on vessel type).

The Berkeley River Lodge offers a casual yet decadent dining experience featuring breakfasts cooked to order, and multi-course degustation lunch and dinner menus teamed with a fine selection of Australian wines. Head Chef James Ward certainly knows how to cook the perfect meal every time and is more than willing to turn your own ideas or requests into an amazing dish.

The Berkeley River Lodge is closed from 30th November and reopens on 1st March.
