"Freycinet is one of my favourite destinations. I love stopping at Devil's Corner on the drive up from Hobart for stunning views, excellent cool climate wines and a steaming pot of mussels. Melshel Oysters doesn't look like much but it's a great place to finish of that Devils Corner wine (they allow BYO) and sample a few (dozen) freshly shucked oysters. Bring your bathers and hiking shoes, the beaches and trails around here are spectacular."
