Seasons in Hunter Valley
The Hunter Valley enjoys a climate that is very similar to Sydney’s, being in such close proximity.
In summer (December to February) the days are frequently warm and sunny and the average daily temperature sits between 21 – 27°C (69.8 – 80.6°F). In winter (June to August) this changes slightly, becoming cooler and the temperature drops to an average of 4 – 17°C (39.2 – 62.6°F).
In autumn (March to May) and spring (September to November), the temperature once again evens out and becomes very pleasant. The average temperatures during these seasons averages between 21 – 25°C (69.8 – 78.8°F).
