Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, the Noosa Sportfishing Lodge is tucked away on the picturesque Noosa North Shore, a short drive from the main town of Noosa known for its stunning beaches, restaurant and bar culture and boutique shops. The Lodge lays witness to gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Noosa River.

Noosa Sportfishing Lodge is located about 40 minutes from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. It is accessible via an hour drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport or a two-hour drive from Brisbane Airport. Private airport transfers are provided.

The Noosa Sportfishing Lodge offers a myriad of activities to help you unwind and experience the vibrant Noosa lifestyle. Spend a leisurely day at the Lodge starting with morning yoga, followed by a private massage and finish the day with sunset drinks on the jetty or board a custom-built 3000 Express Kevlacat ‘Good Company’ for day out on the water.

The Lodge hosts specialise in helping their guests avoid some of the mainstream tourist traps to discover some of the hidden gems the area has to offer. Cruise upriver to the ancient tea tree forests of the Noosa Everglades where a maze of crystal-clear waterways beckon or visit the Noosa National Park Headland by water to catch a glimpse of wild turtles and dolphins before relaxing on a private beach with a gourmet picnic.

Hosted nature walks and sunset cruises are also available, or if you are after some retail therapy, the Lodge hosts can take you on a short 15-minute boat ride to Noosa so you can experience the restaurant and bar culture and boutique shops that Hastings Street is renowned for.

The Lodge also has kayaks and paddle boards available and offers hydrofoil board lessons.

For the avid angler, the area offers some of the best year-around fishing. Noosa Sportfishing Lodge offers a range of day charters and multi-day fishing experiences tailored to guests’ individual preferences. A skipper and a fishing guide accompany all charters and have extensive knowledge of chartered guiding, commercial and game fishing and a deep understanding and appreciation of the water and aquatic life.

The all-inclusive experience includes top of the range fishing gear – rods, reels, lures and terminal tackle – or if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own gear.

Exclusive use of Noosa Sportfishing Lodge offers accommodation for up to six guests. The Lodge boasts four charming bedrooms: two Queen rooms with ensuites and two King rooms with flexible twin share/king bed configurations. Each room is designed with a unique decor and warm, homely feel. Open plan living and dining overlooks the Noosa River where you can enjoy spectacular nightly sunsets, while the chef prepares the Lodge dinner. The saltwater pool and spacious deck overlook the private jetty where the 30’ Kevlacat awaits its next adventure.

With an emphasis on the day’s catch and the use of local produce, Noosa Sportfishing Lodge’s succulent menu is served around a large dining table where the fishing highlights of the day are shared and plans are made for the next day’s adventure. For those early risers and on days spent away from the Lodge, a gourmet menu is served aboard Good Company. All meals are prepared daily by a private chef with a generous alcohol and non-alcohol beverage allowance included.

The Noosa Sportfishing Lodge is open year-round with fishing most productive either side of the dates of the full and new moon.
