Oceanview Eco Villas is found on the north-east coast of Kangaroo Island, overlooking Nepean Bay. Vehicle transfer from Kingscote airport takes approximately 25 minutes.

Nestled atop the beautiful Redbanks cliffs overlooking Nepean Bay, Oceanview Eco Villa is designed with relaxation in mind. Explore the beautiful property’s trails and beach walks, and immerse yourself into Kangaroo Island’s tranquillity while keeping your eye out for native wildlife and birdlife singing from the treetops.

Due to the remote location of this property, touring around the island is best experienced on a private basis. Our preferred touring partner is Exceptional Kangaroo Island who offer expeditions into the region’s major attractions, discovering the Island’s food and wine, unique flora and fauna, and natural icons such as Flinders Chase National Park.

Oceanview Eco Villas offers two luxury eco-villas, each with two matching bedrooms per villa for a maximum of eight guests. Constructed in coordination with leading eco-designers, builders, and interior designers using natural and recycled materials to create a holistic, timeless, and natural space to unwind within, Oceanview Eco Villa’s design reflects its off-grid ethos, using solar power and rainwater to ensure minimal impact is left on the environment.

Each bedroom comes with a signature Oceanview ensuite bathroom, featuring a large bath and bifold windows opening up to stunning ocean views and calming breezes. Other spaces include a spacious front deck overlooking the surrounds, as well as a comfortable dining and living area offering an elegant and contemporary feel.

Your stay at Oceanview Eco Villas comes inclusive of fully-cooked breakfast and three-course dinners prepared by a private chef with local produce, enjoyed either in the privacy and comfort of your own villa, or as a hosted dinner in the nearby family homestead with your hosts. Each meal is accompanied by a range of refreshments, including premium Kangaroo Island and South Australian wines.

Kangaroo Island is renowned for its wonderful food and wine and established producer scene, best discovered with insider access and local touring with Exceptional Kangaroo Island. Wineries and distilleries offering different island flavours exist within easy touring distance of your accommodation and can be included as part of a customised journey, while Exceptional Kangaroo Island’s Fine Flavours day tour provides opportunity to explore behind the scenes at a range of artisan Kangaroo Island producers specialising in oysters, honey, oils, and more. Alongside the wonderful casual lunch options available across the island, hosted culinary experiences form an integral part of a memorable Kangaroo Island adventure.

Oceanview Eco Villas is suitable for travel all year around, with each distinct season offering its own interests. Kangaroo Island is most popular between September to May, with off-peak season between May to September offering mild temperatures and rainfall.
