Steeped in history dating back to the 1890s, Osborn House is a lovingly restored, impeccably styled 5-star luxury boutique hotel accepting guests over 12 years of age in the heart of the Southern Highlands.

Surrounded by sweeping views and rolling hills, Osborn House rests between Morton National Park and Bundanoon village. Brimming with country charm, the small town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands region oozes an old world feel, with most of its early architecture perfectly preserved.

There’s no shortage of things to do in the Southern Highlands. Whether you’re a nature lover, food fanatic, or simply looking for a place to unwind. Osborn House is surrounded by glorious countryside and quaint market towns, borrow a bicycle, and explore the neighbouring villages and towns.

Keep up your workout routine in the gym, have a dip in the 25m heated pool and jacuzzi or embrace nature on the Forest Bathing Deck. Relax and unwind in the steam room or sauna using premium natural skincare products and offering an intimate experience where each is curated by wellness experts.

The Southern Highlands, located in New South Wales, Australia, is a picturesque region known for its rolling hills, charming villages, and cool climate. Key attractions include the quaint town of Bowral, the beautiful Fitzroy Falls, and the serene Morton National Park. Osborn House has 27 rooms and suites, 15 of them in the original homestead and twelve more Forest Lodges with exclusive access to the Forest Bathing Deck down the hillside. All the rooms are different – the interiors with a dozen shades of green and blue punctuated by cane armchairs, velvet sofas and custom-designed lighting.

There is no shortage of things to do in the Southern Highlands, with Osborn House providing a gateway to a myriad of experiences residing in the rolling hills and sweeping valleys that surround the property. Explore local waterfalls and lush gardens by bike or horseback, go for a hit of golf at the nearby country club, bushwalk through the majestic Morton National Park, try your hand at flyfishing, check out the Glow Worm Glen in Bundanoon or embark on a winery tour to taste your way through the region. No matter your interests, there is something for everyone in the lands surrounding Osborn House.

Osborn House only accepts guests over 12 years of age, making it a quieter, adults-and-older-family retreat suited to couples or groups wanting bushwalking, wellness and fine dining in the Southern Highlands.
