Margaret River experiences a mild climate, similar to the Mediterranean, which is perfect for the growing and producing of wine.
In summer (December to February) the days are often warm and dry with temperatures ranging between 18.7 – 20.8 °C (74.1 – 78.6°F). In winter (June to August) the daily temperatures drop to an average of 12.8 – 13.8°C (61.3 – 61.7°F).
Autumn (March to May) and spring (September to November) are beautifully mild seasons, with the average daily temperature ranging from 13.7 – 19.6°C (63.5 – 76.1°F).
