Perth is the relaxed and welcoming capital city of Western Australia
Perth
Blue skies and a glorious riverside restaurant precinct are just the beginning of what Perth has to offer. Built on the banks of the Swan River, the city is set amongst a beautiful natural setting.
Perth enjoys a vibrant inner-city culture, with many fantastic al-fresco dining options on offer and not far from the main Perth precinct lies Fremantle, a lovely historic town with a very well-preserved 19th century port streetscape. Both Perth and Fremantle have fascinating historical features to be explored.
The city is also a gateway to the wider region, where many unique and fascinating experiences can be found. With it being such a large and expansive state, Perth is the perfect location to begin your incredible Western Australian adventure.
Ningaloo Reef is one of Australia’s incredible natural phenomena
Ningaloo Reef
Ningaloo Reef, sitting just off the Western Australian coast, is another of Australia’s beautiful natural wonders to have made the World-Heritage list.
Located near the town of Exmouth, Ningaloo Reef is 300 kilometres of pristine aquatic beauty, fringed by white sandy beaches and untouched wilderness. Along with an astounding array of aquatic plant life, the reef system also supports a wide variety of fascinating marine animals. This has led to the creation of the region’s greatest opportunities, swimming with the Whale Sharks, and a new recent inclusion, swimming with the Humpback Whales. This incredible experience brings you face to face with the graceful giants of the ocean.
Ningaloo Reef is a very special destination, filled with adventure, nature and wonderfully unique experiences.
Margaret River is blessed with sun, surf and fine wine
Margaret River
Internationally known and loved, Margaret River is one of Australia’s iconic wine regions. With world-class wines, gourmet produce and golden beaches, this region is a must-see for any traveller.
Located just 2 hours from the Perth CBD, Margaret River is a fantastic escape from the fast pace of the city. Whilst the landscape is framed by row upon row of lush green vines, the Margaret River township is lined with boutique stores, cafes and pubs. The region has produced many internationally known labels, in addition to a wide variety of boutique and small-scale labels, providing an interesting contrast for appreciators of wine.
With so much to experience and discover, Margaret River is truly an iconic Australian destination which should be placed on the bucket list of any traveller.
