What do our experts say about Yarra Valley?
"There are a hundred different ways to spend a day in the Yarra Valley. It's one of Australia's oldest wine regions and a great place for a dawn balloon flight. Go say g'day to Jerome at Dominique Portet... the family count a few of the head winemakers at Chateau Lafite in their ranks so it's fair to say they've some pedigree. Mix things up with a few gins at Four Pillars and some Yarra Valley Dairy cheeses (my favourite is the Le Jack) and you've got yourself a fine old day."
