Summer December - February

In summer (December to February) the average temperature ranges from 21 – 28.4°C (69.8 – 83.1°F), and the region is likely to experience short, tropical storms throughout this period.
Winter June - August

Winter’s (June to August) on the Gold Coast are often dry and filled with sunshine, the temperatures often sit between 12.5 – 21.5°C (54.5 – 70.7°F).
Autumn and Spring March - May, September - November

Autumn (March to May) and spring (September to November) are very temperate seasons, with temperatures sitting between 16.9 – 25.7°C (62.4 – 78.2°F). These are also great times to visit the Gold Coast.

The Outback however draws me in with its remoteness, stunning scenery, and the colours, especially the red soil, green scrubs, and trees and the bluest of skies.
