Featuring two self-contained villas, a two-storey four-bedroom and a single-storey three-bedroom villa, joined by a communal outdoor lounge, BBQ area and pool. Each villa is designed to provide a peaceful retreat against the dramatic and rugged backdrop of Australia’s southern coast, inviting guests to unwind in serenity that contrasts with the wild beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Selkie: Featuring three king bedrooms with ensuited bathrooms and an open plan living area with kitchen and dining area, Selkie accommodates up to six guests.

Eko: With four bedrooms split over two stories, all with king beds and ensuites, Eko also boasts an open plan living, kitchen and dining area and is able to accommodate up to eight guests.

With a focus on informal dining at their in-house restaurant where the quality of produce and the purity of flavours shine through.

Baird Bay’s Head Chef Calvin Von Niebel is a South African born chef, classically trained in British gastropubs and top restaurants. Calvin has previously held positions as the former Head Chef of Arkaba Conservancy and the Executive Chef and Group Development Chef for the Ottolenghi across its seven London restaurants, some of Britain’s much-acclaimed dining destinations.
