Amid spectacular views of Australia’s most iconic harbour, guests of Crown Towers can indulge in the extravagant dining scene on offer within the hotel. Headed by some of the most esteemed chefs in the world, Crown Towers offers eight different in-house dining options for guests to enjoy. Some of their most notable have been listed below:

Oncore by Clare Smyth: By the first and only British female chef to hold three Michelin stars in the UK, Clare Smyth has opened her first international restaurant in Oncore. Overlooking one of the most incredible views of Sydney Harbour from level 26 of Crown Sydney, Oncore pays homage to Clare’s London restaurant, Core. A contemporary fine dining experience, Oncore celebrates combining sophisticated cooking with the simplicity of style, as well as offering new dishes with a uniquely Sydney flavour, drawing inspiration from the harbour and its surrounds.

Nobu: Inventive and internationally recognised, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s contemporary Japanese fusion menu is a cult-dining brand that has gained a myriad of accolades and praise from notable publications across the globe. Blending Japanese traditions with locally inspired produce and seafood, Nobu offers imaginative dishes as well as classics alongside an enticing beverage menu that parallels its signature innovation. At the heart of the Nobu experience is a knowledgeable and fluid service, distinctly welcoming guests with an element of the unexpected. It is an international fine dining icon that cannot be missed.

Epicurean: Fine indulgence in all-day dining, Epicurean invites guests to experience an array of curated favourites across global cuisines. Open kitchens display the theatre of the chefs at work, building an anticipation of the dishes to come while an immaculate cold seafood counter reinforces the epicurean standard of luxury.

Woodcut: Celebrating beautiful ingredients in this one-of-a-kind dining experience that highlights earthy and sensory cooking methods by award-winning chef Ross Lusted. With Australian produce at the centre of this complex menu, incorporating traditional methods of cooking including fire, steam, smoke and ice, Woodcut promises to surprise and delight guests.
