Guests of The Louise will enjoy world-class food, wine and luxury combined in an intimate, understated, and informed blend.

Fifteen suites providing guest privacy and stunning vistas over the surrounding vineyards are on offer, each coming with a spacious gated courtyard and secluded rear terrace with lounging and sunning spaces. Contemporary and elegant interiors include generous ensuite bathrooms with spa baths, crisp linens, tasteful furnishings, and other premium amenities.

The Louise was founded on an ethos of five-star hospitality, and showcases a commitment to offer genuine wine-paired dining experiences which celebrate the region’s long-standing growers and producers. The centrepiece of the property is acclaimed on-site restaurant Appellation, widely regarded as one of Australia’s best regional fine dining destinations. The intimate, candle-lit evening restaurant offers a set seasonal selections menu, combining fresh seasonal cuisine with a world-class wine list. Produce is sourced from the on-site kitchen gardens and neighbouring producers of artisanal goods, while exceptional complementary wines range from world-renowned Barossan wine houses to more intimate cellar door producers.

The Louise’s team is dedicated to providing a relaxing, memorable five-star stay in the world-renowned Barossa.
